Our Story
DNGlobalEx was founded by a team of HR professionals, immigration lawyers, and tech entrepreneurs who saw a growing need: digital companies worldwide wanted to hire talent relocating to Spain, but the complexity of Spanish labor law, tax regulations, and visa processes made it daunting.
We built DNGlobalEx to be the single partner that handles everything — from employment contracts and payroll to residence permits and relocation logistics. Today, we serve over 30 companies and manage more than 500 employees across Spain.
