Relocation to Spain
Your employee wants to move to Spain — or you are hiring someone who does. We make employment, residency and relocation work as one process, for them and their families.
Talk to an Expert
Relocating an employee is more than a visa. It is a NIE appointment, a social security number, a bank account that requires paperwork the employee does not have yet, a rental market that moves fast, and a family that needs schools and healthcare.
DNGlobalEx coordinates the full landing in Spain as part of the employment case. Because we are also the Employer of Record and manage the work permit, nothing falls between providers: the same team that hires your employee gets them settled.
Who this is for
- Companies whose current employee wants to move to Spain and keep their job
- Founders and executives relocating themselves while running the business
- New hires who need a permit and a landing plan before their start date
- Teams relocating together — including urgent moves driven by instability at home
- HR teams that want one accountable partner instead of a chain of local providers

How a relocation runs
Case assessment
We review nationality, family situation and timeline, and define the right permit route and relocation plan.
Before departure
Visa filing, document legalization and translations, plus a practical pre-move checklist for the employee.
Landing in Spain
Appointments for TIE and social security, empadronamiento, bank account and housing support during the first weeks.
Settled and working
The employee starts on Spanish payroll (via our EOR if needed) and we stay available for follow-up issues.
Frequently asked questions
Do you relocate employees we hire through your EOR only? +
No. We also support relocations for companies with their own Spanish entity. That said, combining EOR + relocation with one partner is where clients save the most friction.
How long does a relocation to Spain take? +
It depends on nationality and permit type. EU citizens can be operational within weeks; non-EU cases typically take 1–3 months including the work authorization.
Can you help with the family too? +
Yes — dependent visas, school search, healthcare registration and general orientation for spouses and children are part of the service.
Which cities do you cover? +
All of Spain, with strongest on-the-ground experience in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Málaga.
